This blog, I've entitled Fixxed, is a journalesque log of my progress on a journey I'm taking. I have struggled with my weight since about..hmmm... forever. Right now I am at my highest weight. Many things have contributed to this, but if I had to name one thing in particular, it would be my clinical depression. This battle with depression is completely visible in my weight. When my weight is under control, my body is under control. So now that I feel my depression and medications are more stable, I have decided to begin on a new path. I am about to start a new job, get a new car, and I'm in a new relationship. I want a new Me too!
I am venturing on a 20 day cleanse. It is about 90% liquid and if I have the urge to chew anything, it will be a fruit or vegetable. I will be drinking 8 bottles of water per day. I will check in here once or twice a day to update my progress on weight loss, inches lost, workouts, whatever! Even my failures or moments of weakness (hopefully few and far between). I forgot to weigh myself this morning but I will do it tomorrow and put it on the blog. So far today I've had a cup of coffee--soon to be deleted from my daily intake... and a homemade strawberry and banana smoothie. I'll probably have a Naked Juice later and probably some fruit.
